1. Agreement

By accessing or using Form Dump ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. "You" refers to the individual or entity using the Service.

2. The Service

Form Dump provides a hosted form backend that receives, stores, and forwards HTML form submissions on your behalf. Features include a submission dashboard, email notifications, auto-responder emails, webhooks, spam filtering, and CSV/JSON exports.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Keeping your credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Collect personal data without the submitters' knowledge or consent
• Collect sensitive data such as payment card numbers, passwords, or government IDs
• Send unsolicited commercial email (spam) via the auto-responder feature
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Distribute malware or otherwise harm the Service or its users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice.

6. Data ownership

You retain full ownership of all submission data collected through your forms. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use your submission data for any other purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Form Dump name, logo, website, and software are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

8. Uptime and availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Form Dump shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Form Dump harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time via the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
